TO CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE
MEDEVAC REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO SAINT HELENA RADIO OR MRCC FALMOUTH.
