DERELICT VESSEL CAPSIZED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 41-40.4N 011-15.2E. ONE PERSON REMAINS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRSC ROME, PHONE: 3906 6561 7349, FAX: 3906 6561 7312.
