EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. VENEZUELA. DNC 14. 45 FOOT S/V MOONDANCER, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 12-57N 065-57W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
