CARIBBEAN SEA. BONAIRE. VESSEL, WHITE HULL, EIGHT PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY 12-42N 067-47W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
