CARIBBEAN SEA. COLOMBIA. 1. MAN OVERBOARD FROM GREY AND BLACK WATER SCOOTER IN VICINITY OF AREA BOUND BY 12-44.22N 070-28.88W, 12-20.26N 070-49.51W, 12-36.95N 071-09.91W, 13-00.95N 070-49.30W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 1019/23.
