CARIBBEAN SEA. ARUBA. M/V ARTISAN, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY 13-00.11N 070-33.06W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
