EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. SAINT MARTIN TO CANADA. DNC 16, DNC 17, DNC 18. S/V PIROUTTE, OVERDUE SAINT MARTIN (18-06.00N 063-04.00W) TO NOVA SCOTIA (45-00.00N 062-59.90W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
