GULF OF MEXICO. DNC 15. 12 PERSONS RESCUED FROM RAFT VICINITY 24-22N 089-56W. FOUR PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
