EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. CELTIC SEA. 13.4 METER S/V DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 49-47N 009-14W AT 162009Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
