MAN OVERBOARD VICINITY PUNTA MESCO (44-15.8N 009-13.7E) ON 22 NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC ROME.
