S/V NORANGO, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE
GUANAJA (16-28.0N 085-53.0W) TO
PROVIDENCIA (13-20.6N 081-22.3W).
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP
A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO MRCC GRIS NEZ.
