WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. FRANCE. WINDSURFER MISSING IN 43-11N 003-33E AT 131400Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC LA GARDE, TELEX: 430024, PHONE: 334 9461 1616, FAX: 334 9427 1149, E-MAIL: LAGARDE@MRCCFR.EU.
