CARIBBEAN SEA. 82 METER M/V LIBERTAD 1, NINE PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 14-33-18N 72-46-30W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO COLUMBIAN NATIONAL HYDROGRAPHIC SERVICE.
