WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-SOUTH COAST. DNC 01. VESSEL DOM MANOEL C III ADRIFT IN 25-36.10S 047-56.77W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
