NAVIGATION INTERDICTED 03 THRU 06 NOV WITHIN 50 MILES OF 38-01-10S 057-31-30W. ALL VESSELS TRANSITING THIS AREA WILL BE SUBJECT TO CONTROL DUTIES OF MARITIME TRAFFIC AND MUST MAINTAIN CHANNEL 16.
