WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. ARGENTINA. 1. S/V MIRABAUD DISMASTED AND WITHOUT NAVIGATION LIGHTS IN 39-43S 056-55W AT 181830Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 426/11(24) AND 445/11.
