WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. 1. S/V MIRABAUD DISMASTED WITH NAVIGATION LIGHTS OFF IN 42-20S 056-52W AT 171330Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 421/11.
