WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. S/V MIRABAUD DISMASTED WITH NAVIGATION LIGHTS OFF IN 45-24S 052-49W AT 140831Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
