GULF OF MEXICO. LOUISIANA. DNC 15. F/V MISS RUTH IN COLLISION WITH VESSEL IN VICINITY 29-00.00N 093-00.00W AT 130945Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO US COAST GUARD SECTOR HOUSTON/GALVESTON: VOICE 281-464-4854.
