GULF OF MEXICO. DNC 15. ORANGE FLARE SIGHTED IN 26-47.00N 091-54.00W AT 170030Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NEW ORLEANS, PHONE: 855 485 3727, FAX: 504 589 2148, E-MAIL: D8COMMANDCENTER@USCG.MIL.
