STRAITS OF FLORIDA. FLORIDA. DNC 15. MAN OVERBOARD IN 26-11.70N 079-24.10W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, EMAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
