CANADA TO BERMUDA.
35 FOOT S/V HIKARI, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD,
DISABLED DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE AND OVERDUE HALIFAX
TO BERMUDA. LAST KNOWN POSITION 36-00N 061-15W ON 14 DEC.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST
IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NORFOLK, PHONE: 757 398 6390,
