12 METER S/V JESY II, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD,
UNREPORTED BAHIA BLANCA (38-43S 062-16W) TO SOUTH AFRICA.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CAPE TOWN RADIO
OR MRCC CAPE TOWN.
