WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-SOUTHEAST COAST. DNC 01. VESSEL KAIROS, SEVEN PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND TAKING ON WATER IN 21-21S 040-16W ON 26 JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
