1. TEN METER VESSEL MURUROA, EIGHT PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE
   CONCEICAO DE ITANHAEM (24-10S 047-10W) AND RETURN. VESSELS
   IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
   POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.

Persons on board (POB): The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
Overdue vessel: A vessel has not arrived when expected and has not been heard from; ships are asked to look out for it.
