WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 17. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN VICINITY 39-15.30N 058-10.40W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC BOSTON, PHONE: 866 842 1560, EMAIL: RCCBOSTON@USCG.MIL.
