NORTH SEA. DNC 20. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP SOVEREIGN IN VICINITY 54-34.2N 002-17.4E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
Reading this warning
