WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-EAST COAST. DNC 01. MAN OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL IN 19-50.80S 039-52.21W ON 28 SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
