WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-SOUTH COAST. DNC 07. SEVEN PERSONS MISSING FROM VESSEL DOM MANOEL VXI IN 32-03.05S 051-49.47W ON 11 AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
