EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. SOUTH AFRICA. DNC 01. MINING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V YA TOIVO IN AREA BOUND BY 28-52.6S 016-14.1E, 28-52.5S 016-33.7E, 29-05.5S 016-33.9E, 29-05.6S 016-14.3E. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
