EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. SHETLAND ISLANDS. DNC 20. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE DAIX WITH SUBMERSIBLE IN VICINITY 60-10.8N 002-18.4W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
