STRAITS OF FLORIDA. CUBA TO FLORIDA. DNC 15. 68 FOOT M/V ISLAND TIME, WHITE HULL, OVERDUE FROM HAVANA (23-08.93N 082-21.55W) TO KEY WEST (24-32.70N 081-47.10W) AT 270900Z OCT.
