SOUTHERN NORTH SEA. ENGLAND-EAST COAST. DNC 20. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V CABLE ONE WITH SUBMERSIBLE VICINITY 53-17.0N 001-24.5E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
