WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. VESSEL REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 01-00.5S 029-11.9W ON 10 SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
