WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. F/V MATHEUS, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 01-09.6S 031-11.3W ON 13 JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
