LIGURIAN SEA. ITALY-NORTHWEST COAST. WINDSURFER MISSING VICINITY 44-25.42N 008-45.8E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
