CELTIC SEA. ENGLAND. DNC 20. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP SOVEREIGN IN VICINITY OF 50-59.9N 005-41.5W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
