1. S/V MARGOUILLA DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO RUDDER PROBLEM
   VICINITY 49-11.5N 005-37.7W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
   TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO
   MRCC CORSEN.
2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 2813/00(53), AID RESTORED.
