1. FROM 01 JAN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ALL SINGLE-HULL OIL TANKERS
   CARRYING HEAVY FUEL, TAR, ASPHALTIC BITUMEN OR
   HEAVY CRUDE OIL ARE FORBIDDEN ENTRY INTO
   SPANISH PORTS, TERMINALS OR MOORING AREAS.
2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 2777/02.
