WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-NORTH COAST. DNC 01. THREE PERSONS OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL CAIO RIAN IN 02-51.07S 041-38.12W ON 27 JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
