MAN OVERBOARD FROM 12.5 METER S/V LADY DAFNY VICINITY 44-22N 013-46E. VESSELS REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ITALIAN COAST GUARD.
