SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL NOVO CONCORDIA IN 27-17.85S 040-50.27W AT 181813Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL STATION.
