WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 16. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM S/V SERENITY IN 27-19.40N 067-08.80W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
