1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER
   NOTICE BY M/V NORTHERN EXPLORER
   IN AREA BOUND BY
   44-44N 014-05E, 42-20N 017-02E,
   41-53N 016-30E, 44-33N 013-22E.
   FOUR MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
