WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. MEXICO TO CUBA. DNC 15. 39 FOOT S/V PASSAGE, UNREPORTED MEXICO (21-14.00N 086-44.00W) TO CUBA (21-36.00N 081-31.00W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
