WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. 11.5 METER S/V OURILAYS, WHITE HULL, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 13-51N 048-59W AT 101900Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
