   AT 291250Z OCT. ONE VESSEL HIJACKED IN
   04-42S 010-04E AND OTHER VESSEL UNDERWAY AND SAFE.
   VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS
   POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
