   NOTICE BY M/V COOPERNAUT FRANCA IN AREA BOUND BY
   40-34-23N 014-14-06E, 40-36-00N 014-19-47E,
   40-34-29N 014-19-22E, 40-33-24N 014-15-50E.
   500 METER BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 332/02(36), AID RESTORED.
