WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. S/V L'AMIRAL, FOUR PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 19-45N 046-31W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
