DNC 09. 25 TO 30 METER F/V, BLUE HULL, 250 PERSONS ON BOARD, REQUESTING ASSISTANCE BETWEEN OTHONOI ISLAND (39-51N 19-24E) AND SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA (39-48N 18-22E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
